Brambledel Beef Shorthorns

 As a contrast to our Dexter herd, we also run a small select herd of Beef Shorthorns. Beef Shorthorns are a rare old native breed of British cow with a very distinguished history, indeed Shorthorn ancestry can be found in the roots of lots of other breeds around the world.. They come in three colours, red white and roan, they are excellent mothers with a generally docile nature. They are also extremely hardy and productive. Shorthorn crosses have a reputation for superb sucker herds.
